The fan switch is in the radiator, so it does not get hot enough to kick on when the thermostat is stuck shut. Checked main fuse, and the holder seemed like it wasn't holding the fuse properly, so I fixed that. Still no joy. Replaced main relay, still no joy.

1999 Prairie 400 wont get over 20mph. Full disclosure I usually work on Honda ATV's. But, a buddy of mine bought a 1999 Prairie 400 for "a good deal" on local craigslist. It seemed to idle great and even rev up in neutral just fine, but does not accelerate past about 20 or so mph (cant tell cause speedo is broke).
