I have presents to buy (and then wrap), cards to mail, movies to watch, trees to sit by and basically a million other things to do besides being in the kitchen making dinner. I need easy, quick, family-friendly suppers this time of year.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (I use Pam) a 10 inch bundt pan. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, strawberries and eggs with electric mixer. Pour into prepared pan and bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cake rest on counter in pan 10 minutes.In a shaker filled with some ice, add: 2 shots of your favorite tequila. 1 shot of a tequila mix (we like Tres Agaves Margarita Mix) about 1/3 cup club soda, Topo Chico, whatever you have on hand. a good squeeze of lime juice. Put your lid on, give it a shake, pour and enjoy!After two full hours of serving, we were tired and hungry and thus enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch at Eddie V.’s in Plano before heading home and putting on our comfy clothes.
