I have 2006 300c AWD. I am having transmission problems. The car shifts fine til it hits 3rd gear. Then it gets stuck in 3rd gear til I shut the car off and open the door then fire it back up. I am pulling codes u0101, p0700, p0731, p0733. I have checked all fuses and relays.

In later years ('02-'04 IIRC), limp mode more often than not is triggered by a bad solenoid valve pack.
