I understand that you wanting to print on an envelope that is 4 1/8" x 9 1/2" with an HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer but you are unable to find that envelope size in the print settings.Pull out the MP tray support (1) and unfold the flap (2). Slide the MP tray paper guides to fit the width of the envelopes that you are using. If the paper guide on the right side has a lever, press it and slide the paper guide.
