So on Wednesday, we had a power outage from a storm, and once we got power back none of my Fios services were online. I’ve tried rebooting the router, cycling power to the ONT, and nothing connects. Verizon says they’re not seeing power to the ONT, and can’t send a tech out til Tuesday. The only light lit up on the ONT is the PWR light.

If anything it looks like the newer ONT's run off 12V so that would give me much longer run-time compared to the 48V power supply my current ONT uses.
