If you're fine with double primary then Riskrunner, Centrifuse, Graviton Lance, and Symmetry are all good choices. Polaris Lance is good too, but the RPM can make things a bit tricky when you're getting swarmed. I wouldn't recommend using an exotic heavy for add clear, but Thunderlord would be a solid choice for that.
Also, if Lucky Pants could have any kind of consistency on it's damage buff, that'd be great. So many times in PvE, I whip out Ace just for it to not ramp up damage on the target I'm shooting (I waited for "Out of Luck" to end). lucky pants are ok in pvp. the qd on all hcs is nice. but there's better options if your goal is to get better, I would drop the bow build. that doesn't really promote improvement. my best advice would be to look at a lot of clips/vids of how good players play and try to emulate that in qp using hc/sg. bonus points if it's 140/hc as 140s are the hardest primary in the game to actually be ...
