Your own kingdom sucks. I've probably put about 500+ hours in Bannerlord now and can say fairly safely that making your own kingdom sucks. It's never fun to do and it's tolerable to just join a kingdom, stay in it and not do anything. These are the things that have to change to make building your kingdom fun in my opinion.Kingdoms with no fiefs almost never pay tribute because they have nothing to lose by continuing the war.
