You will want to get that out of there asap. It will cause erratic heater operation as you have found, but can also lead to engine overheating and expensive damage. A/C clutch relay is in the main relay box under the hood (right side as you look at the vehicle form the front, assuming it in the same place as the 4.7) I don't have my haynes book on hand to tell you the relay number though. Compressor itself is top center on the 4.7 so very easy to see, hopefully it's similar on the 5.7.
